The cabins? confused

I don't get the cabins is there some place we go for those or do we make the topics ourselfs because at first I thought we went somewhere but, then I saw here and I was like?

But some people might get confused so I think this should stay for them! If you are still confused about this it is because (I think) He has to give you permission and he wont do that unless you have a person in that cabin!
